Reprints do have some stipulations attached so please do continue reading…
If the error is not in the proof at the time of approval we will reprint and ship your order free of cost. You are not eligible for a reprint if you did not notice the issue prior to approving. However, if the error is a client-side error ( you misspelled a name or did not catch an error before approval) we will reprint your order as long as we are contacted within 24 hours upon you receiving your order (the 24 hour period begins from the time your tracking says it has been delivered regardless if it was not signed for). You will be responsible for any shipping fees at this point. It is your responsibility as a client to spell check the proof and read any/all comments on the proof page before approving, and only approving after you are sure everything is in order.
Proper Installation:
So,is time to hang your banner! How do you maximize the life of your banner?
A lot of clients seem to think our banners are made of some sort of space-age material which does not follow the rules of physics. Unfortunately as much as we would like to believe this, it is just not the case.
High winds, storms, and trees can and will damage your banner if left hanging so please do not take the risk of leaving your banner up overnight if there will be some sort of storm coming or in high wind locations.
If the area you wish to hang up your banner is outdoors please consider the following:
There are grommets every two feet for a reason. Larger banners will have grommets every foot unless specified. Hanging a large banner by the corners only is asking for trouble! If you only have 4 anchor points please do the following:
Use a high tensile rope to thread through each grommet and then tie that rope to the two top anchors, then do the same with the bottom. The goal here is to reduce the stress of the banner weight and to uniformly apply the weight across the top and bottom of the banner.
When installing a banner between two poles, your goal is to even out the amount of stress on each of the grommet holes. If there is nothing to tie to other than the corners we recommend weaving the rope through the grommet holes from left to right and then tying the banner to each pole. We will not honor any form of reprint if grommets are torn out so please think responsibly! You can use the side grommets to keep the banner tight using bungees or zip ties to secure to the sides of the pole as well. NEVER put more stress on the banner than you need to.
If you have a large outdoor banner, please consider adding wind slits to the banner when ordering. They will allow the wind to pass through without adding too much additional stress. A banner in a high wind situation will begin to act as a sail on a boat and generate much more force it can handle which will then cause it to act like a rug when it ends up torn down :(
